Academics
Our Christ-centered curriculum is modeled after the Classical Trivium, which fit students' developmental stages of learning. Each subject and skill is taught as part of an integrated whole with historical Christianity and the teaching of Scripture at the center.
Young children are taught basic learning skills and facts while older students develop critical thinking skills and persuasive speaking and writing skills. There is a focus on reading the best and most influential books in history, and an engagement with the historical exchange of ideas that shape our culture and our world. The goal is to teach students how to think as a basis for mastering specific subject areas.
Overall, students are taught the benefits of hard work and encouraged to develop self-discipline and responsibility from God's perspective.
