Step 1. Return Enrollment Application with the following:
- Application and fee of $50 per student.
- Teacher Reference forms: (K-1) (Grades 2-12) : Two (2) required.
- Report cards: Copy of two (2) most recent report cards.
- Standardized test scores: Copy of at least two (2) most recent test results (SOL and PAL tests are not accepted).
- Student Essay for Grades 6-8
- Literary Assessment: Grades 9-12 given at school.
- Proof of Immunization must be on file when student enrolls.
Please complete and return the application form with the $50 application fee. The teacher reference forms, report cards, test scores and student essay (grades 6-8) must be received before an interview is scheduled. Students in grades 9-12 will be given a literary assessment by the school at the time of interview. Immunization records must be on file in the school office before the student enrolls in the school.
Step 2. Parent-Student Interview
After reviewing the student application and school records, an interview is scheduled for parents and students in grades 6-11. The purpose of the interview is to assess how well Faith Christian School matches the educational desires of the parents.
Step 3. Screening
All Kindergarten, 1st grade applicants, and some upper grades will require pre-admission screening. You will be notified of test dates.
Step 4. Acceptance
The Admissions Committee meets to review the application and makes a recommendation. Parents will be notified of acceptance by letter or telephone.
Step 5. Enrollment
Enrollment is official when a contract between the school and the parents is signed. This contract is binding for one school year.
Step 6. Welcome to Faith Christian School!
A welcome packet containing pertinent information will be mailed to you.
