Karla Bower

Karla is originally from Salem, Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Roanoke College. Prior to becoming a teacher, Karla worked with children for over ten years at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Virginia. This past spring, she completed the PreK-6 Licensure Program from the University of Virginia. Karla joined the Faith Christian School staff in December 2008 as the Kindergarten Aide. She and her family attend Cave Spring Baptist Church. Karla enjoys hiking, reading and baking. She and her husband have one son who attends Faith Christian School.
