Tanya Wampler

Tanya Bennett Wampler is a 1982 Graduate of Radford University with a BS degree in Business/Accounting. She was employed for 2 years at a local CPA firm in Rocky Mount and has worked for Blue Cross/Blue Shield as an internal auditor. She has also held several part-time accounting positions over the years. She passed the CPA exam in 1986, but decided to be a stay-at-home mom with her six children. She attended Fairmont Baptist Church for over 20 years where she was involved in several areas of ministry. She and her family now attend Franklin Heights Baptist Church where she plays the clarinet in the church orchestra and helps with the youth ministry. Over the years, she has been on several international and national mission projects with her children. She has also home schooled several of the children. Tanya’s son, Bennett, was recently married to Carrie King of Roanoke and they will be living in Rocky Mount. Tanya, her dairy farmer husband, and their remaining five children reside in the Callaway area of Franklin County. |
