The Celebration Dinner
FCS families are invited to the Celebration Dinner/Silent Auction
RESCHEDULED DATE:
Saturday, February 20, 2010, 5:00-7:30 PM
RSVP by Wednesday, February 17
All previous RSVPs have been deleted.
You must RSVP for the rescheduled date. RSVP to Sherry Oster
This event is an opportunity for families, friends, and faculty and staff, to celebrate together.
It is not necessary to participate in the Auction to attend.
Dinner Menu:
Henry's Memphis BBQ,
BBQ on a roll, cole slaw, baked beans, chips
Dessert
Lemonade and water
(You may substitute an all beef hot dog when you RSVP to Sherry)
Cost is $5.00 per person with a $30.00 cap per family i.e. parents and their children.
Your account will be billed for the dinner.

All families wishing to participate in the Silent Auction will receive a bid number as they arrive.

We have had a great response to the Auction and have received some very exciting items:

Please provide Sherry with the names, and number of guests, of any prospective families you wish to invite.
Silent Auction Guidelines
1. Each family receives a bid number when they arrive. Only one number per family.
2. Bidding is limited to adults only.
3. This number will be used for all the bidding that night, and to claim items at the end of the evening.
4. Auction items will be grouped by areas which will close at staggered times throughout the night.
5. When closing is called for an area of items, the sheets will be taken up and removed. The final bid number on the sheet is the winner and the final bid is the selling price.
6. Payment is required the night of the auction in the form of cash or check. We are unable to accept credit cards for payment at this time.
7. All items must be picked up the night of the auction.
8. There will be opportunities for you to get great items this night and a great opportunity to support
